The culinary industry is one of the most
rapidly expanding industries in the world right now. The demand
for quality and trained personnel in the field is very high. As
society advances, there are more and more people pursuing their
love and passion for food, including me, Brandon Harding.
Whether it be baking and pastry, garde
manger, kitchen management, or something as simple as waiting
tables; the industry is growing at an incredible pace. Every
year there are more people that are striving to make their
dreams of success in culinary arts into reality.
The belief that this is something easily
achievable is a total misconception.
Hello! And thanks for stopping by my
webpage. I believe if you have a look around, you surely will
like what you find. My name is Brandon Harding. I’m a recent
graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Las Vegas,
and like many others trying to get my name known in the
culinary industry. As you can imagine this is easier said than
done.
I was raised in Southeast Alaska, a small
town known as Wrangell with a population of about 1300 people.
Many of my recipes have a seafood flare to them, bringing in
some of that home-style Alaskan cooking that not everyone has
had the opportunity to enjoy.
Here on my webpage, you are able to view
some of the dishes that I have prepared. The site is
still in the making as you can see, but is being updated
frequently with new recipes and blogs of my experiences
constantly.
Soon to come will be a complete menu of my
own recipes that I think you will most definitely find to be
quite delectable. On top of this will be photos of dishes,
ingredients, what it is garnished with, and to some extent how
it was made.
I hope you enjoy what you see, and I’m
looking forward to having input from all of you. If there is a
dish that you would like to see made, send it my way. If you
